Submit Your Golf Tournament Schedule

Welcome to the Golf Tournament submission portal for the Carolinas. Please follow the instructions below to submit your tournament schedule for inclusion in our comprehensive golf calendars.

Required Information

Your Excel/CSV file must include the following columns:

  • event_start_date - Format: MM/DD/YYYY
  • event_end_date - Format: MM/DD/YYYY
  • event_organizer - Event Organizer
  • event_title - Title of the Event
  • event_location - Event Location
  • event_location_city Event Location City
  • event_location_state - Event Location State
  • event_gender - Gender- Accepts: male, female, both
  • event_category - Accepts: amateur-golf, junior-golf
  • event_link - Registration/info URL
  • event_tier_ranking* - Accepts: I,II,III,IV,V,VI
  • * Fill only for Junior Golf. More details HERE
  • event_age_min - Minimum Event Age
  • event_age_max** - Maximum Event Age
  • ** For no maximum limit (seniors) leave blank

Templates have been updated with the new gender, age, and tier ranking columns.

Submission Tips

  • Ensure all dates are in MM/DD/YYYY(e.g., 06/01/2025
  • Gender values: Use "male", "female", or "both"
  • Age fields: Use numbers only (e.g., "12" for event_age_min)
  • For no maximum age limit, leave blank in age_max field
  • Please make sure you include the state and city. Please use the state code (eg. NC)
  • Double-check all URLs are working
  • We accept .xlsx, .xls, and .csv formats
  • Excel files are automatically converted during import
